Is Your Entry Level Gear Really What's Holding You Back?
I’ll just say it…..your entry level camera gear probably isn’t holding you back as much as you think it is!
I know it’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking that better gear is the answer to your image problems - it’s certainly something that I did, and I know that when I ask my audience what is holding them back, it’s the number one answer I get! So maybe you feel this way too.
But if having the best gear was all that it took to take professional level photos, then everyone who had pro level gear would take the most amazing photos, and we all know that’s just not the case.
I’m not for one second saying that gear doesn’t matter (there’s a definite reason why pro level cameras are more expensive!) but what I AM saying is not having it shouldn’t stop you from taking amazing, creative photos with the gear that you have.
What you need to do is focus on what you CAN do, and work around what you can’t, otherwise you could be missing out on capturing moments that you’ll never get back, just because you’re waiting for the perfect gear.
