INSIDERS CLUB FACEBOOK GROUP RULES
Welcome! The “Insider’s Club’s” are community groups for students of Live Snap Love's program!
These Facebook groups are a place to share insights, tips, questions, answers, and most importantly, support for one another along your photography journey. You are not alone!
These groups are community supported, which means good karma will come your way if you jump in and help your fellow photographer!
We have built this community to support and educate. We want to make sure they are safe spaces and preserve the quality of the groups at all times, which is why we have developed these rule, so have a quick read before you join the group and start posting:
1. NO SELLING OR PITCHING YOUR OWN STUFF
The groups are officially a pitch free zone, so please, no linking to sales pages or posting affiliate links, unless in a direct response to someone's request. The groups are for growing and sharing, not being pitched to. Of course I may break my own rule from time to time if I have something that I think you'd love.
2. BE KIND
We live by the Golden Rule in this group: If you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all. We do not allow rants, calling people out, or complaints.....just be nice. It’s that simple. (If you have a complaint about one of Audrey’s programs, please email hello@audreyannphoto.com and we will be all ears!)
3. BE HELPFUL (GOOD KARMA!)
Provide genuine and helpful feedback and suggestions to others.
Ask questions.
Give answers.
Be the kind of supportive friend that you would want and need on your photography journey.
Remember: We are all here to help each other…so give more than you take, please!
4. DON'T PM ADMINS
Audrey and the rest of her team want to make sure you are super-served here. However, there are a lot of you in the group and we ask that you respect the time of our Audrey and the other admins and don't direct message them through Facebook. (Please note that messages go into the “Other” folder in Messenger, and we don’t answer them!)
IMPORTANT: If you are having login issues or tech issues inside of any of Audrey’s programs OR if you have a complaint about a program, please email hello@audreyannphoto.com and we will be ready to support.
5. DON'T SHARE CONTENT
I would also request that you do not share any course content in the group. I work super hard and spend a lot of time creating my courses, and supporting you, so it's only fair to keep in the course itself!

Overall, we want these groups to make a HUGE IMPACT on your success as a photographer, so here are just a few more tips to help you get the most from whichever group you are a member of:
Show Up Regularly While we don’t want you to spend your whole day surfing your group, because then you’re not learning photography or Lightroom, stopping by once a week can help you gain insight and knowledge. Set a specific amount of time to spend in the group and then get back to shooting!
Sharing is Caring We want you to share your thoughts, ask insightful questions, and experiences because they can be valuable to others. This journey can be long and a bit complicated for some, so the more insights and guidance the better!
